Ability to filter Data Steward Inbox Using OR statement / across multiple objects

Client E uses a custom Division field to determine the workflow of incoming DCRs to specific Data Stewards for a division. The division may encompass multiple countries and the countries may overlap for a certain division. For example, Division A may contain US, CA, MX while division B may include MX, BR, AR.
Currently, the Data Steward inbox supports filter DCRs by country across both the HCO / HCP object, but when attempting to filter by any attribute other than country, the inbox filter can only filter across HCO / HCP using an AND statement (HCP.division = A AND HCO.division = A). This means the client is unable to set up an inbox view for HCPs and HCOs of a single division without having 2 separate views.
Ideally, the DS inbox would be able to support an OR statement, for example, HCP.division = A OR HCO.division = A to allow for a more consolidated inbox view.

Thanks for your suggestion and details. We are currently looking into some enhancements on the inbox and it would be nice to review the details about his over zoom.

Yes of course. This request is from Elanco in their current global implementation. My calendar is up to date, feel free to schedule a time whenever. Omar Battistoni is also on the project and he was working through a solution using inbox tax groups to work around this and might have some more insights on gaps, I've asked if he's also available for input.
