Automatic routing of DCRs to Inbox Task Groups based on Country + custom field
We have a country that has 400 reps and 3 power users. The Data Stewards are asking for a way to be able to filter down the number of requests coming to their Inbox more granularly than by just Country.
In CRM, our users are part of Country/Divisions and then Business Units. We would like to have the ability to route DCRs to a Inbox Task Group based on Country + a custom field (e.g. Business Unit) based on the user who submitted the request.

There is no configuration to automatically route DCRs to specific groups based on a custom field in workflow. However, the data stewards could add the custom field into the list of columns on their inbox and automatically filter the view using the values on it which will only show the tasks needed.
