Scheduled Job did not run

Hi Team,
We Noticed that a scheduled job ( source subscription) did not run when source file is not present at FTP.
is this an expected behavior.?

I think when source file is not present at FTP, job should run and throw error that file is not present.( Refer to ticket 927264 for more details)

Thanks for providing your suggestion. Unfortunately, this has come up in the past and it is quite contradicting as customers don't want a job to trigger when there is nothing to process and other customers like in your case would like a job to run and through an error.

For the product a job means that something was processed. However, we will discuss your suggestion internally and analyze what we could do to improve the behaviour for this case.
