Description: Currently there is only one queue for each country so the Medical and Sales Data Steward are looking at the same queue

Dear Shrutika,
The inbox provides capabilities to create views with specific filters to allow different data stewards to only see and review the tasks that corresponds to them. This is how most of our customers configure the inbox when they need different users to review specific tasks.

Hi Team,
The above suggestion provided is not fulfilling our business need as we are not seeing the right columns in the Available columns section for adding the filters.
Current Filter option :
- Currently users could only filter by requestor name or DCR comment which in this case is not convenient for the user
Requested Filter option:
- As part of this enhancement request If the Territory (user level not account)/ Profile fields can be pulled in from Veeva CRM in to the Available columns, then we will be able to add the respective filters.

Dear Venkat,
There is currently not territory information stored in Network from CRM but there are multiple profile fields like first name, last name, etc.
Can you please clarify which customer/countries this is for? Is there any product management contact you have worked in the past to raise enhancement requests?
