Question:
The updated Account record is correctly synced to the customer Instance by a Veeva Opendata Subscription. But, it cannot be exported by the target Subscription job running in the customer Instance.
Example:
The record_delta_id__v is 3662706 and it is in range for target Subscription Delta Tag Start and Delta Tag End. This can be checked from the Job History section on the Subscription detail page.
Answer:
This issue occurs since there is no actual value change for the Account record.
Example:
First, the steward changes Gender from M to F
Then, the steward changes the Gender field from F to M.
In this case, although the record_delta_id__v is updated, the system considers that there is no real value change and does not export it by target Subscription.
