How to bring forward annotations on a video in PromoMats and Medical? 

Answer:

To bring forward annotations on a video: 

1. In the All Actions menu, find the ANNOTATE section and choose Bring Forward Annotations.
   
   
   
    
2. The Source version shows the immediate previous one by default, but if there are multiple, any previous version can be selected.
   Select the Annotations Types to bring forward. Notes and Links are selected by default.
   Click Continue.
   
   
   
    
3. Annotations are brought forward to the same timestamp. 

Note: if the timestamp an annotation was placed at does not exist because the video length changed, the annotation is placed at 00:00 with an alert icon.
