How to Add Documents to the Portal Widget Contents in Vault PromoMats and Vault Medical?
Answer:
Edit Portal Widget Content object permissions in needed.
In order to add a document under the Portal Widget Contents follow the steps below:
- Select Admin on the right-hand side of the account.
- Click on the name of the portal from the Bussiness Admin area.
- From the Portal Widgets select the widget where the document has to be added.
- Click on Create to add the document.
- Select Document for Portal Widget Content Type and click on Continue.
- Fill in the mandatory fields, search for the document to add and click on Save.
The document now shows under the Portal Widget Contents.
