An Admin finds that cannot select snapshots from Sandbox A when refreshing Sandbox B.
Why snapshots generated from Sandbox A cannot be selected when refreshing Sandbox B?
Answer:
The followings are the scenarios in which sandboxes can be refreshed from snapshots:
- Scenario1: Sandbox B is a child of Sandbox A, then Sandbox B can be refreshed from any of the Snapshots created from Snapshot A
- Scenario2: Sandbox B is created from a Snapshot of Sandbox A, then Sandbox B can be refreshed from any of the Snapshots created from Snapshot A
