Error WFL-FREC-II-11304 - Field [envelope_name_format] not supported, context: envelope_name_format occurs when a Workflow is being deployed and the Source and Target Vaults do not have Automatically name envelope records enabled. This setting can be found by navigating to Admin > Settings > General Settings. If envelope_name_format is system-managed, it will have an autonumber token in its value in the MDL. 

MDL Example: envelope_name_format('Change Action Template: Withdrawal-{######}'),

Resolution: Match the Automatically name envelope records setting in the Source and Target Vault.
