When is a Safety Follow-Up Transmission marked as Initial or Follow-Up?

Answer:

When creating a follow-up Case, the Transmissions that are generated in the new Case are marked with the value 'Follow-up' (Reason field) if another transmission exists within the previous Case with the same Transmission Profile record.

If the Transmission Profile record was not used in any Transmission in the previous Case then the value is set as 'Initiated'.
