Problem:
When trying to generate a closeout PDF in a non-PROD(i.e. DEV, UAT, VAL, etc.) CDMS environment, the job fails with an Errors encountered message in the job log.
Root Cause:
The most common root cause is that the user made changes to the study design when there was existing data in the study.
Changes to the study design will invalidate casebooks with the old design and prevent the Detail PDFs from successfully generating.
Solution:
As a workaround, delete all study data in the study and create new test subjects in order to successfully run the job.
