Overview:
A document is not auto-generating a distribution package in Vault.
Root Cause:
Check that the settings on the Auto-Generated Distribution Package are correct.
Solution:
Certain criteria is needed for Vault to auto-generate a distribution package. Check the following:
- CRM Media Type is populated
- Publish for Veeva CRM (CLM) or Publish for Veeva CRM (Portals) field is set to yes
- CRM Media Type is set to HTML - This means a distribution package rendition must be uploaded manually uploaded.
If the CRM Media Type is not available as a field on the document, add it as a Field to the document type.
