How to Link Anchors from Imported References to Content in PromoMats and Medical?

Answer:

Annotate and Edit Relationships permissions are needed.

When references are imported from a different document, or when annotations are brought forward from a previous version and not automatically placed, the anchors need to be manually linked to the content. They can be linked to the current content by following the steps below:

1. Open the Linked Document section using the Relationships View.
   
   
    
2. Click on the small Action menu for each imported reference.
   
   
    
3. Choose where the reference icon should appear on the content.
   
   
    

NOTE: when the imported reference link is fully linked to the content, the anchor turns green.
