How to create comment annotations on documents in PromoMats and Medical?

Answer:

Annotate permission is needed. 

To add a comment, follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to the document.
2. Click Select Tool and select Comment.   
   
   
3. If the area to be referenced contains selectable text, highlight the text. If not, click and drag to select an area for an image annotation or single click (CTRL + click on a Mac) in an area without selectable text to create a sticky comment annotation.
4. Type a comment in the annotation info card.
   
   
   There are optional selections, such as adding tags, notifying a user, or changing the color of the comment (if the company configures it).
5. After the information has been entered, click Save.
