How to accept and complete a task in Vault PromoMats and Medical?

Answer:

If the task is assigned to a group under the Any User option, a user must first accept the task before it can be completed. 

The user can accept and complete a task from the document or the Home tab:

To complete a task from the document, follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to the document.
2. Find the task information under the document name and click Accept.
   
   
   
   
3. Click Complete.
   
   
   
   
4. Fill in the required information.  This information will vary depending on the task. 
   
   
   
   
5. Once the information has been entered, click Complete.

To complete a task from the Home tab, follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to the Home tab.
2. Find the task under the All Tasks View.
   
   
   
   
3. Hover over the task and click Accept.
   
   
   
   
4. Click Complete.
   
   
   
   
5. Fill in the required information.  This information will vary depending on the task.
