How to accept and complete a task in Vault PromoMats and Medical?
Answer:
If the task is assigned to a group under the Any User option, a user must first accept the task before it can be completed.
The user can accept and complete a task from the document or the Home tab:
To complete a task from the document, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to the document.
- Find the task information under the document name and click Accept.
- Click Complete.
- Fill in the required information. This information will vary depending on the task.
- Once the information has been entered, click Complete.
To complete a task from the Home tab, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to the Home tab.
- Find the task under the All Tasks View.
- Hover over the task and click Accept.
- Click Complete.
- Fill in the required information. This information will vary depending on the task.
