Question:
How to check which documents are linked to other documents in PromoMats and Medical?
Answer:
The Where Used view shows all inbound relationships or binder links for a specific document. The documents listed in this view are the source documents for the relationship.
To use the Where Used view, please use the steps below:
- Navigate to the document.
- Click on the All Actions menu and select Where Used.
- A list of documents appears that indicates what documents it is linked to.
Note: The user will only see documents they have the View Document permission for. If a complete list is needed, please contact an Admin user.
