Question:

How to download multiple documents from the Cart in PromoMats and Veeva Medical?

Answer:

Permissions for View Document and View Content on the document and a Security Profile containing Document: Download Document and Document: Download Rendition are required. 

To download multiple documents from the Cart, please see the steps below:

1. Search for the document(s) in the Library.
2. Hover over the document and click the Cart icon. 
   
   
3. Search for additional documents and add them to the Cart accordingly.
4. Select the Cart symbol on the top right side of the screen.
   
   
5. There are two options to download the files.
   
   a.  Click Download on the left side of the screen and select Source Files.
   
   
   
   b. Click the All Actions Menu on the right side of the screen and select Download Source Files.
   
   
6. A banner will appear stating the download is in progress. 
   
   
7. If the download does not begin automatically, you can click the Notifications icon and click the link to download the files.
   
   

Vault creates a ZIP file that contains your source file or viewable rendition downloads.
