Overview:
The user is unable to generate a 2253 Form in Vault.
Root Cause:
There is a Dynamic Reference Constraint configured on a field that is being used on the 2253 Form.
Solution:
Dynamic reference constraints apply constraints on object reference fields by restricting the list of valid records based on the selected value of a controlling field. Although this can be useful for configuring document fields in Vault, this is not currently supported when generating 2253 Forms.
One solution is to remove any Dynamic Reference Constraints from the affected field and then try to generate the 2253 Form.
Another solution for this issue is to remove the referenced field from the Base Document type and then re-add that field as a shared field on all Document Types except for the Health Authority Form Document Type.
