How to bulk download files in PromoMats?

Answer:

Document source files and viewable renditions can be downloaded in bulk in PromoMats by using the following steps:

1. Add multiple documents to Cart using bulk document actions. 
2. Click Cart in the primary navigation bar.
   
   
   
   
3. Click Download. 

Depending on the Vault configuration and permissions the user has, the user may be able to download source files, viewable renditions, or both of the documents.

Note:  Vault cart can hold up to 1,000 documents by default. On some Vaults, this limit may be lower. When the user cart is full, the user is not able to add more documents before removing documents or emptying Cart.

The maximum ZIP file size for downloads is 5GB. For some Vaults, these limits may be lower.
