What are the annotation filters in Vault PromoMats and Medical?

Answer:

The Filter visible notes and links is used to show and hide annotations. There are different sections a user can find within the Filter visible notes and links:

• Notes: The notes section shows resolved or unresolved annotations.
  
  
• Placement: The placement section shows annotations selected within a text or an image in the document and page-level annotations, annotations without a text or image.
  
  
• Links: The links section shows the links or anchors created within the document. In PromoMats vaults with Auto Claims Linking enabled, the links filter is replaced by filters for auto links and manual links.
  
• Author: The author section shows annotation created by users. Note that this does not include users who have only replied to annotations.
  
  
  
• Tags: The tags section shows only annotations with specific tags.
