Overview:
The user cannot add a reference to Claims in Vault, the Create button is missing.
Root Cause:
The user does not have the required permissions to add a reference to a claim.
Solution:
To solve the issue, add the
- Claim object - Edit Permissions
- Claim Target object - Create Permissions
- Link Target object - Create Permissions
permissions in the permission set related to the security profile of the user.
