The steps are as follows on Windows 10:

1. Ensure to enable Hidden Files and Folders with the guidance of this Microsoft Help Article.
    
2. Navigate to Settings (Newer Windows Control Panel) -> Programs and Applications and uninstall the Veeva CRM application.
3. Navigate to the [Drive:]\Users\[username]\AppData\Local folder and remove the following folders if they exist: 
   • VeevaCRMEngage
   • ZoomSDK
   • SquirrelTemp
4. Empty the Recycle Bin.
