How can users create a TAR.GZ file for Vault Submission imports?

Answer:

1. After installing 7zip, right-click on the folder and select Add to archive...
   
   
   
   
2. Set the Archive format to tar and click OK:
   
   
   
   
3. On the newly created .TAR archive, select Add to archive... after right-clicking on the file
   
   
4. Select gzip under Archive format and click OK:
