Why There is a Message "No Items Found" in the Submission Archive Viewer Instead of Displaying the Submission?
Answer:
The overall issue is caused by the fact that unfortunately cloning Submission Data by cloning a vault isn't supported. The reason for this is that the Vault cloning process doesn't clone various needed items to do this successfully. You can still select the submission from the drop-down menu, but it won't be displayed:
We can check the following to determine if indeed the submission was not imported to Vault:
- Archive status field suggests that a submission has been imported successfully
- The audit trails doesn't have any import activity as shown in the screenshot below
Check the audit trail of submissions, there will be no information about successful import:
