How to adjust the width for Excel document to fit in one page in PromoMats and Veeva Medical?
Answer:
When an Excel document needs to be reviewed it could happen that the width of the file takes more than one page and therefore the content splits into 2 or more pages, making the review task more difficult for the users.
The workaround is to upload a PDF file instead of the Excel file for review, then the Excel file could be added as an Attachment.
To convert the Excel file into a PDF that fits the width the user needs to follow the steps below:
- Click on File> Save As Adobe PDF>
- Select:
-Entire Workbook
- Fit to paper width - Click on Convert to PDF
