How to request a File Staging Repoint from Veeva Vault Product Support?
Answer:
Users can request a File Staging Repoint by submitting a ticket to Vault Product Support.
When submitting a File Staging Repoint request, please provide the following:
- The Source Vault ID: the ID of the Vault that contains the original source files on File Staging
- The Target Vault ID: the ID of the Vault where documents will be created by Vault Loader or Vault API
Example verbiage: When users connect to the <Target Vault ID>, we'd like them to see the files currently uploaded to the <Source Vault ID> File Staging Server.
Note: It is not possible to point a Target Vault's File Staging to a Source Vault if that Target Vault's File Staging is currently acting as the Source for another Vault.
