Why 'Enable OAuth2 Authentication' settings are disabled on the Users' iPad after configuring Veeva OAuth 2.0 login via mobile device management (MDM)?
Answer:
This is working as designed. After deploying the Veeva CRM App, Users must first launch the App and login with OAuth2 credential. After a successful login, the 'Enable OAuth2 Authentication' settings would automatically be set or enabled on the Users device. If Production org is configured in the config file, then Production will be set by default.
