Why are certain Casebooks not included in Closeout PDFs?
Answer:
The Closeout PDF job has a 20,000 item limit to process Casebook Audit Trails. The job will not include Casebooks with audit trails that are over this limit. The following message will be included as part of the notification for the Closeout PDF.
Skipped following casebooks as number of items exceeds the configured limit when audit trail is included.
The Audit Trail Export by Subject job can be used to generate the audit for casebooks that exceed this limit.
