What is a production proof and how to upload it into document in PromoMats and Medical?

Answer:
A Production proof is a Rendition Type. Its purpose is, generally, to include larger and higher-resolution images that could potentially be printed or used in advertisements.

 

Edit Fields permission is needed. In order to upload a Production Proof:

1. Click on the Document Files icon:
   
   
   
2. Scroll down to the Renditions section and click on the Add (+) button:
   
   
   
   
3. Select the Production Proof from the Rendition type drop-down menu, choose a file from the computer and click Upload:
   
   
   
   
   
   
   Disclaimer: Not all the Vault clients have configured the same Rendition Types.   Production Proof might not appear within the options listed.
