Answer:
Every active user (under the username and password profile) can access a PromoMats Vault using the link: https://login.veevavault.com/.
The use of a single user account can take the user directly to a specific Vault or to the My Vaults page if they have access to multiple Vaults:

A user logging in from the generic login page, like https://login.veevavault.com, is taken to the last Vault they accessed.
- Upon logging in from a customer-specific login page, such as https://veepharm.veevavault.com, the user is directed to that customer's Vault.
