Question:

How to create multiple documents in PromoMats and Veeva Medical?

Answer:

It is possible to upload up to 100 files at once, each file creates an individual document. The documents uploaded together need to share the same Document Type and metadata, however, individual documents can be reclassified or edited later.

1. Click Create --> Document --> Upload:
   
   
   
   
   
   
2. Click Choose:
   
   
   
   
3. Choose the relevant Document Type which should fit all documents and then click Next:
   
   
   
   
4. Complete all the relevant fields and click Apply:
   
   
   
   
5. Click Save. 

NOTE: Document names are the same as the actual uploaded files from the computer.
