How to upload a viewable rendition to a document in PromoMats?

Answer:

Vault creates a viewable copy of the Source File each time a new version is uploaded to Vault. However, the Viewable Rendition can be different from the Source file, so users can upload a different PDF file manually. This is useful when the Source File to be approved has a format that cannot be rendered by Vault.

1. On the Document Files tab, find the Renditions section.
   
   
   
   
2. -If Vault did not create a Viewable Rendition after the source file was uploaded, jump to step 3 now or click Upload Viewable Rendition in the centre of the screen.
   -If there is already a Viewable Rendition created by Vault, hover over the file to find the Action Menu and delete the Viewable Rendition that needs to be replaced. 
   
   
   
   
3. Click on the plus symbol to add a new file as a Viewable Rendition:
   
   
   
   
4. Select Viewable Rendition from the dropdown, and upload the file by clicking on Choose a File. Then, click Upload:
