How to access the Audit Trail of a document in Vault PromoMats and Medical?
Answer:
Vault provides an Audit Trail of all actions performed on a document. However, Comment Annotations are not captured.
- Navigate to the document
- From the Actions Menu, select Audit Trail.
- The Audit Trail information displays in a pop-up window. Actions appear in most recent order.
Optional: download the Audit Trail from the Action menu and select an Export option. Note that the exported file has different columns than the audit trail window.
