How to see who has checked out a document in PromoMats and Medical?
Answer:
To see who checked out a document, take the following steps:
- Navigate to the document.
- Locate the lock icon next to the document name.
- Hover the cursor over the lock icon to show who checked out the document, along with the date and time.
Note: Only the user who checked the document out can check it back in. If the user is not available, then a Vault Owner or Administrator must undo the checkout.
