Question:
How does delegate access work completing tasks in PromoMats and Medical?
Answer:
When a task is assigned to a user who delegated access of their account to a colleague, an email notification is also sent to the colleague (delegate) informing about the pending task.
The delegate can see the account owner's pending tasks only by logging in as this user and accessing the Tasks/Home tab.
When the task is completed the system displays the action mentioning it was completed on behalf of the account owner.
The action is also recorded in the same way in the Audit Trail.
NOTE: The Delegate Access feature does not need password sharing. Never share your password with anyone.
