How to Download Files from the Cart in Vault?

Answer:

Permissions for View Document and View Content are required. 

To download documents from the Cart, please see the steps below:

1. Add documents to the Cart:
   a) individually by clicking the Cart icon (from the Library, hover over the document to avoid opening it)
   
   
   
   b) in bulk, using the Bulk Action from a View in the Library
    
2. Select the Cart symbol on the top right side of the screen to access it.
   
   
3. Click Download on the left side of the screen and select Source Files or Viewable Renditions. 
   
   
   
   Note: the same options and more are available from the Actions Menu:
   
   
    
4. A banner will appear stating the download is in progress. 
   
   
    
5. If the download does not begin automatically, you can click the Notifications icon and click the link to download the files.
   
   

Vault creates a ZIP file that contains your source file or viewable rendition downloads.
