How to resolve an annotation in Vault PromoMats and Medical?
Answer:
Annotate permission is required in order to resolve annotations.
When reviewing materials, users can annotate documents. These annotations can be marked as resolved if needed.
To resolve annotations, follow the steps below:
- From the document, click on the View Annotations button.
- Find the annotation that needs to be resolved, and click on it.
- Click on the Check Mark.
By default, resolved annotations are hidden. However, users can select Show Resolved Notes from the Filter menu in the document viewer to make resolved annotations visible.
