Question:

How to resolve an annotation in PromoMats and Medical?

Answer:

Annotate permission is required in order to resolve annotations.

1. Open the document and click the View Annotations button. 
   
   
   
   
2. Find the annotation that needs to be resolved, and click on it.
   If needed, use the help of the Filters by clicking the funnel icon and selecting Unresolved to filter out all other Resolved Note annotations:
   
   
   
   
   
3. Click on the Check Mark to mark the Note annotation as resolved.
   
   
   
   
4. When all unresolved annotations are resolved, the number next to Unresolved in the Filters panel shows (0). Select back All under Notes to disable the filter and view all annotations.

Note: Use the buttons Next Annotation and Previous Annotation to jump through the annotations.
