Question:
How to delete a document in PromoMats?
Answer:
The permission of Delete is needed.
- Locate the document and open it.
- Select the All Action Menu and select Delete.
- Select Delete once more in the confirmation window.
- Another notification appears at the top of the screen, indicating a deletion is made. Once a document is deleted, it cannot be searched for again or actioned on unless recovered.
Note: A document can be deleted from the system if the applied role to the user has the Delete security permission and if the user profile has the appropriate profile settings. If this functionality is needed, but not available, only the Vault Owner or Business Admin can configure this.
