How to download the signatures page of an approved document in PromoMats and Veeva Medical
Answer:
Once a document is Approved for Distribution and electronically signed on Veeva Vault , it is possible to download the Signature Page if the document was configured to manifest the eSignature on signature pages.
The downloaded Viewable Rendition always includes the signature page, but for binders and videos (that don’t have a Viewable Rendition) as well as other documents, the signatures can be found and downloaded from the Signatures panel in the Doc Info page.
- Open the document in Vault.
- Select the Document Information icon.
