How to receive notifications for Favorite documents in PromoMats and Medical?
Answer:
When collaboration with large teams in Vault takes place, it can be difficult to stay informed on changes to documents. By choosing to receive notifications when updates occur on Favorite documents, it is easy to stay up to date on any changes. By default, notifications are not sent for your Favorite documents.
To receive these notifications, please follow the steps below:
- Navigate to the User Profile. This is done by clicking the drop-down menu in the upper-right corner of Vault.
- Navigate to the section Notification and Email Preferences.
- Select the different notifications that need to be sent.
Note: Users do not receive a notification if they mark an object as a favourite. Users will only receive a notification for object state changes if a notification is configured as an Entry Action in the object lifecycle state.
