Answer:

A pop-up blocker may prevent review windows from appearing. To allow all windows to be viewable, the pop-up blocker can be disabled.

To remove pop-up blockers on Google Chrome, take the following steps:

1. Open Chrome Settings.
   
   
   
   
2. Select Privacy and Security on the right-hand side of the screen.
   
   
   
   
3. Click on Site Settings.
   
   
   
   
4. Click Pop-ups and redirects.
   
   
   
   
5. Under Default behavior, select Sites can send pop-ups and use redirects.
   
   
   Navigate back to the Vault and the pop-up will then appear.
