Question:

How to select documents from binders for bulk actions in Vault?

Answer:

1. Open the Binder. If the Binder has sections, open the corresponding Section.
2. Select Compact Layout.
   
   
    
3. From the Binder's Actions menu, (do not confuse with the Binder Document's Actions menu) select an option under PERFORM BULK ACTION:
   
   
    
4. On the Refine Selection page, review the list of documents and leave selected only the ones that should be edited. Click Next.
   
   
    
5. On the Choose Action page, select the corresponding action. E.g.: Edit fields, Remove User from Role, etc.
   Then click Next.
    
6. On the Edit Details page, indicate the change.
   Click Next.
    
7. On the Confirmation page, revise the Summary and the list of documents to be updated.
    Click Finish.
