How to start a Legacy Workflow in Vault PromoMats?
Answer:
In order to start a Legacy workflow, the State Behavior of Execute or the user has a Role Override for the workflow affected in the State as well as having the Workflow: Start option in the user's Permission Sets is required.
To start a Legacy Workflow, please use the following instructions:
- From the document, click on the Workflow Actions menu on the right side of the screen.
- Select the correct workflow as needed.
- Enter in the reviewers and any relevant information, then click Start.
- To confirm the workflow has been started, you will see the Show Active Workflow button next to the document name.
Note: If the Workflow Actions menu does not appear, then the user does not have the correct permissions to perform the action.
