Question:
How to check MC Cycles which are displaying the "Sorry, something went wrong" error when we try to open them from the Align UI?
Possible root causes:
- A Modelling MC Cycle is referencing a non-Modeling Field Force.
- The MC Cycle is assigned to a Field Force and a Field Force Model at the same time.
- Invalid CRM Integration User credentials.
- One or more MC Cycle Channels have an invalid Channel Criteria on them for the MC Cycle (this includes fields that do not exist in CRM).
- One or more related MC Cycle Channels do not have any Channel Object and/or have invalid one(s).
- One or more related MC Cycle Plans do not have any Territory value.
Note: MC Cycles with this issue are still openable from the Business Admin tab to check data issues.
