During an active workflow, how does the Create Draft action function for Legacy Workflow in Vault?

Answer:

There are two types of workflows in Vault, Legacy Workflows and Multi-Document Workflows.

• When a User performs Create Draft during an active legacy workflow, the workflow does not respect that draft as the latest version of the document. 
  The workflow can be cancelled and restarted from the newest Draft version. 
  
  

Example:

If a workflow is started on a document at v0.1 and Create Draft is used (v0.2) the workflow stays tied to v0.1.

• When a User performs Create Draft during an active multi-document workflow, the workflow will respect that draft as the latest version of the document.
