Overview:
Why is the user unable to copy the selected Content Plan or Content Plan Item into the Content Plan in Vault?
Root Cause:
The Create Sibling and Create Child record actions on the content plan and the content plan item objects must be set to active.
Solution:
Please navigate to the Content Plan Item Object and from the Action tab, navigate to the Create Sibling action, changing the Status from Inactive to Active.
