Is changing the names in the Content Plan Template automatically changing the names of all Content Plan records that were created from that template in Vault?
Answer:
When the name is changed on the Content Plan Template, it is not synced to all Content Plan records that were created from that template. In general, updates to the template only impact future Content Plans created from that template and do not impact existing Content Plan records.
The user would need to manually update the Content Plan records where the name should be changed. They can do this by double-clicking the name cell of the Content Plan record in the Content Plan Viewer in order to inline-edit and change the name.
