Question:
How Can Users Access Veeva EDC and Veeva Training?
Answer:
In order to access Veeva EDC, users must complete the required training in order to gain access to the EDC Vault. Using VeevaID, site users can manage all of their Vault accesses and training using one single login credential. To login:
- Navigate to id.veeva.com
- Login using the VeevaID/email address.
- Once logged in, the Vaults the user has access to as well as the CDMS Vault Training environment are selectable using the Vault changer in the top right hand corner.
Typically, users are invited to VeevaID by a sponsor who will send an invitation email. Users who have not been invited by a sponsor or not already registered for VeevaID can do so here: VeevaID Self Registration
Users who may have forgotten their password can reset their VeevaID password from the following link: VeevaID Password Reset
Note: It can take up to one hour for Vault to recognize that a user has completed a training and grant the user access to EDC. Contact Support if the training has been completed and access is still not granted after waiting a few hours.
