How to disable Product Thumbnails in CRM?

Answer:

With the Product Thumbnails feature, customers can view images of products to help in identifying the Product in selected areas of the application.

In case the user wants to disable Product Thumbnails, remove Field Level Security (FLS) permission from the Product_Thumbnail_vod field of Product Catalog object.
