Overview:

The Expected Document List (EDL) items are not properly matching in Vault when the Match Now operation is run.

Root Cause:

The type, subtype, classification values are not selected in the Matching EDL Items section of the EDL configuration.

Solution:

The solution is to ensure that the type, subtype, classification values are selected, along with the study, study country, and study site values in the Matching EDL Items section of the EDL configuration.
